Some of the information in your application will constitute sensitive personal data as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998. By submitting a CV you are giving your consent to Sophos holding such data about you and retaining it for the purposes of our recruitment records.
In addition the data may:
- Be passed to our subsidiaries overseas so that they may consider your application with regard to a vacancy in their office.
- Be held on file so that we can consider your application in light of positions, which become available in the future as a natural result of our expansion. We will contact you if a suitable position becomes available unless you indicate to us in writing that you do not wish us to do so.
