If you are encountering problems with auto-updating Sophos
What to do
- Ensure that the Central Installation Directory (CID) has been updated.
- Make sure that the volume containing the CID is mounted.
- From the configuration options in the Sophos
Anti-Virus console, check that the 'Update Options' are configured correctly.
