A glossary of terms used by EM Library.
| Term | Explanation |

| Child library | A library which downloads software packages from another library created with EM Library, rather than directly from the Sophos databank. |
| Console | A Microsoft Management Console (MMC) 1.2 snap-in that lets you administer a library in EM Library. |
| Databank | A remote site that holds the latest software packages validated by Sophos. |
| Library | A central location to which you download software packages. |
| Packages | Sophos products or files (e.g. Sophos |
| Subscribe | Specify a package that you want to download and have updated automatically in future. |
