Sophos PureMessage SBE: unable to delete sophoslog.evt after uninstalling
If you cannot delete the file sophoslog.evt after uninstalling PureMessage Small Business Edition (SBE), do as follows.
What to do
On the affected computer
- open the registry editor
- delete the registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Services\Eventlog\Sophos
- reboot the computer.
You will now be able to delete the file sophoslog.evt.
