Sophos Anti-Virus for NetApp Storage Systems: the NetApp filer console displays the message "original request is not found"

With Sophos Anti-Virus for NetApp Storage Systems, the filer console may display the message "original request is not found" in connection with a request sent to the anti-virus server to scan a file.

The NetApp filer uses a timeout mechanism when it sends a request to the anti-virus server to scan a file. If a request is not answered before timeout occurs, it is removed from the list of requests on the filer. If the anti-virus server then answers the request when it has finished scanning the file, the filer reports there is no request for the answer it has just received.
