EM Library: default packages and EM Library 1.1

This product is nearing retirement. We strongly recommend that you upgrade in order to ensure your protection stays fully up to date.

If you run a new installation of EM Library version 1.1 on a computer, you will be presented with the current versions of Sophos Anti-Virus as the default packages. EM Library 1.1 cannot administer these packages. To administer these packages, you must be running EM Library 1.2 or 1.3.

This only happens if you make a new installation of EM Library 1.1. It does not affect the display of your currently selected Sophos Anti-Virus packages on an existing EM Library 1.1 installation.

What to do

While the Sophos Anti-Virus versions in maintenance, which EM Library 1.1 can administer, are no longer in the default list, you can still download them. When you select which packages to download

  1. deselect 'Show default packages only'
  2. select your required packages.
