Improved content filtering
Content filtering policy can be applied to both email body text and to email attachments, including archived attachments. This provides more powerful and flexible email management, and control over message and attachment contents.
Greater control over spam flow within Exchange/Outlook
The spam score for each email can be optionally added to the email subject line or as an X-Header. This enables you to apply rules to the email based upon the spam score. For example, emails with a spam score within a specified range can be put into a selected Outlook folder.
Consistent application of email disclaimers
TNEF is the messaging format used by Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. With PureMessage for Windows/Exchange, version 2.5, you can now add a disclaimer to TNEF formatted emails.
Ability to configure trusted mail relays
Email from trusted mail relays will be given a lower spam score than email from non-trusted mail relays. This decreases the risk of false positives from trusted mail relays and increases the speed of mail processing.
