EMLibrary: displays message 'There is a task being executed'
Issue
When you try to run 'Update now' from the EM Library console, you get a message:
There is a task being executed

What to do
This message usually indicates that the system is busy. You should wait a few minutes. When you try again, the issue will normally have resolved itself.
If you have to wait for an excessive time, try the following:
- End dllloader process.
- Then try again to run 'Update now'.
If any of the following apply, terminate the dllloader process:
- dllloader has been running for a long time.
- Client computers aren't getting new updates, because the new updates aren't going into their CIDs.
- If they get the message 'There is a task being executed' when changing settings in the EM Library console.
