EM Library 1.3: Packages are not downloading/populating
Issue
EM Library packages are not downloading/populating.
The CID is created, however you get the message,Updated but there were exceptions,The Sophos library update task has succeeded, but there were Exceptions that might require further attentions.
Windows Event log displays the message,
Could not copy file /files/00006f52.dat almon.exe from parent. .

What to do
- Check to see if there are some alerts on the firewall which refer to virtual traffic on the gateway.
- Disable the anti-virus scanner on the gateway, which will then proceed to allow the updates and CID deployment to complete.
Technical information
This can happen because the firewall is flagging Sophos's dat files as a false positive.
