Advisory: Sophos Support - customer satisfaction survey

As part of Sophos's continuing commitment to providing the highest levels of technical support to our customers, we have introduced a post incident satisfaction survey program that seeks to obtain direct feedback from customers on their experience with Sophos technical support. The program will initially involve only a subset of our customers with rollout to our full customer base during the next six months.

The information provided by the survey will allow us to pinpoint areas of strength and weakness in our support services as well as identify potential support staff training needs.

Your feedback is very important to us, so when you receive a survey invite we would be grateful if you could take just a few minutes to complete the web-based form. There are only six simple questions, but if you wish to provide any other comments for our attention, space is provided on the form.

Finally, please be assured that regardless of the number of times you contact Sophos technical support, you will never receive more that one survey invitation in any 7-day period.
