PureMessage for Windows/Exchange: error 0x8004021b is displayed
The following error may be reported by PureMessage for Windows/Exchange or Sophos PureMessage SBE.
In the PureMessage console, in the Jobs|Mail (SMTP) section of the tree, the following error is reported:
Failed to extract stream from body part. 0x8004021b error.
The same error is displayed in the SMTP log.

You can safely ignore this message.
This message indicates that the MIME is malformed.
