What to Do

On the server go in to Active Directory:

  1. Go to Users|Sophos_AU_Client.
  2. Right-click 'Properties' and select the 'Account' tab.
  3. In the 'Account options' section, ensure that 'Password never expires' and 'User cannot change password' are checked. Click OK.
  4. Now go to Users|Sophos_AU_Server.
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.

The client computers should now be able to connect.

Note: Active Directory synchronisation can take 15 minutes or more. Allow this amount of time for the client computers to connect.
