Sophos NAC Advanced: Application Summary report does not display all records
This article describes how to access all report records for the Application reports in Sophos NAC Advanced version 3.0.1.
What to do
In Sophos NAC Advanced version 3.0.1, if you access the Application Summary report (Report > Analysis > Application Summary), search for and display results, and click one of the links in the report results, you will receive an incomplete list of report records with no additional paging options. To view all records regarding a particular application detail, you must run the Application Detail report.
To view all report records for a particular application detail:
- Log into the Sophos NAC Web interface.
- Click Report > Analysis > Application Detail.
- Type the search criteria that represents the link you selected in the Application Summary report.
- Click Run.
