Sophos NAC Advanced: Application Summary report does not display service pack details
This article describes how to access service pack details for the Application reports in Sophos NAC Advanced version 3.0.1.
What to do
In Sophos NAC Advanced version 3.0.1, if you access the Application Summary report (Report > Analysis > Application Summary), search for and display results, and click a service pack, the details do not display. To view service pack details, you must run the Application Detail report.
To view service pack details:
- Log into the Sophos NAC Web interface.
- Click Report > Analysis > Application Detail.
- Select the service pack for which you want to view details.
- Click Run.
