Sophos NAC Advanced: Profile audit records may display errors
This article describes why Profile audit records may display errors.
What to do
There are three instances when audit errors may display for profiles:
- When a profile contains a custom application that has been deleted or updated to remove a capability. To delete or update the custom application, you must first delete the profile. In this instance, you must be viewing the audit record for the deleted profile for an error to display.
- When a pre-configured profile contains applications with capabilities that are not supported in version 3.0.1, but these capabilities were supported in version 3.0
- When a pre-configured application is put into a profile and the pre-configured application contains capabilities that are not supported in version 3.0.1, but these capabilities were supported in version 3.0
The audit errors for the profiles are a direct result of Sophos NAC trying to display profile audit information that once existed, but no longer exists.
