Sophos NAC Advanced: NAC service account password does not support spaces, semi-colons, and double quotes
The NAC service account password does not support spaces, semi-colons, and double quotes. If these special characters are used in the NAC service account password, NAC installation errors occur. The NAC service account must be created by the administrator prior to installing Sophos NAC. The Sophos NAC installation adds this service account to the local administrators group on the application server so that the Sophos NAC Web interface, the Policy Interface, the Report Interface, and the Registration Interface can access the SQL server databases.
What to do
When you create the NAC service account, specify a password that does not ctontain spaces, semi-colons, or double quotes.
