EM Library: system events log reports Event ID 10004
Issue
The following System Events are logged on a Child Library server. No errors are shown in EM Library Message log.
C "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. " and was unable to logon <EMLibUser> in order to run the server {3E2E4965-2518-40A4-A72B-95FCE2809D03}
Event ID 10004
DCOM got error "The operation completed successfully. " and was unable to logon <EMLibUser> in order to run the server {3E2E4965-2518-40A4-A72B-95FCE2809D03}
If you try to change credentials in EM Library|Tools|Options|Security you see another error:
0x800710D2 Failed to change network account details on the server... The library, drive, or media pool is empty.

What to do
Restart the EM Scheduler service and re-enter the credentials for the EM Library Account for Services.
Technical Information
EMLibUser> is the EM Library Account for Services, but it is not expired or locked out in Active Directory.
