When trying to log in, the NAC Agent Credentials dialog box only allows you to re-type your password even though you have entered the incorrect username.

What to do
To open an Agent Credentials dialog box that allows you to type both a username and password:
From the NAC Agent:
- Click Cancel on the Credentials dialog box.
- Right-click the NAC Agent icon in the system tray.
- Click Registration. The Registration dialog box displays.
- Type the correct username and password.
- Click Connect.
