Sophos Control Center: files not copied to the CID and event ID 4081 is displayed in log

Files are being downloaded into the ...\Sophos\SCC\Library\files directory, but these are not being copied over to the SAVSCFXP CID.

In the EMLibrary log (displayed in the Windows event log) you see (something like) :

Event ID 4081 Updating task has succeeded but there were exceptions

Or :

What to do

Go to Windows Task Manager, and stop the process dllloader.exe
Open the Windows registry and set HKLM/Software/Sophos/sbe/Management Tools/SetupStatus to 0
From the console, run the Protect Computers wizard.
