Jim Dildine
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Dildine joined Sophos in May 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role he is responsible for aligning our global business and finance strategy, driving business improvement, supporting our long-term investments, and delivering financial planning and analysis, tax, procurement, compliance, and other finance operations.
Jim is an accomplished finance and business executive, with over 30 years of progressive experience in both public and private technology companies including hardware, software, and SaaS-based models. He has a solid track record of strong business partnering, and a deep knowledge of all aspects of finance and operations including controllership and accounting, financial planning and analysis, debt and equity financing, buy and sell side acquisition due diligence and integration, and taxation.
He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Imperva. Prior to Imperva, he was the CFO for Symantec’s Enterprise Security Business Unit and held key financial leadership roles at Blue Coat Systems. He holds an MS/MBA from Northeastern University and a BS from Penn State University.
