「Sophos Professional Services」では、専任技術や専門知識を持たないスタッフの顧客企業に対して、ソフォスの資格を持つ熟練したエンジニアがリモートおよびオンサイトサポートを通じてSophos XG/SG Firewallの導入を支援します。また、当サービスはソフォスのパートナー企業にも提供され、自社ですでに提供しているサービスメニューの一部としてパートナ企業の顧客に再販することができます。

「Sophos Professional Services」では、Sophos XG/SG Firewallの導入規模・機種に合わせて、大まかな目安として、小規模（XG/SG100シリーズ）、中規模（XG/SG200-300シリーズ）、大規模（XG/SG400シリーズ以上）の3つの顧客カテゴリが用意されています。3つのすべての顧客カテゴリで、“課題発見”、“設計”、“セットアップ/実装”、“導入後サポート”の所要時間が異なる“簡易導入方式”、“標準導入方式”、および“特別導入方式”の3つのサービスメニューが用意されます。技術スキルのある顧客が“簡易導入方式”を選択することで安価なサービスとなり、逆に、ソフォスにすべて委託する場合には“特別導入”を選択頂くことで顧客は予算とニーズに合わせて必要なサービスメニューを選択できます。
