The Promotion:
Trade-In Offer: Buy an XGS Series hardware appliance together with at least 3 years of Xstream Protection and get 99% discount on the hardware plus 1% discount on the Xstream Protection subscription (XGS 107(w)/116(w)/126(w)/136(w)/108/118/128/2100/2300/3100/3300/4300/4500/5500/6500/7500/8500) or 50% discount on the hardware only (XGS 87/87w/88).
To be eligible for the Promotion:
The purchase order must include an XGS Series hardware appliance, and Xstream Protection subscription for that appliance model with a minimum term of 3 years.
The order must be for a single new firewall customer. A separate Promotion is available for Sophos UTM/SG Series customers and XG Series customers.
This Promotion is not valid for High Availability (HA) appliances except when ordered with their own minimum 3-year term for Xstream Protection (Active/Active).
Sophos reserves the right to validate the ownership of any competitive firewall being replaced by the purchase of the XGS Series hardware under this Promotion and may at its sole discretion request proof of ownership by end customers in the form of an invoice, serial number or such other similar information or documentation Sophos deems appropriate.
This Promotion may not be combined with other Sophos promotional offers and may not be used in combination with additional discretionary discounting.
This Promotion must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or transactions.
Sophos may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant from this Promotion, and modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any order, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. In the event of any disputes concerning this Promotion, these terms and conditions, or any order, the decision of Sophos to disqualify any Participant from this Promotion, and/or modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any order submitted by a Participant will be final.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law, and subject to applicable laws and regulations. Participants agree that Sophos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this Promotion.
Participants in this Promotion are solely responsible for declaring such promotions and paying any applicable taxes and fees.
The participating Partner has the exclusive right to determine the prices charged for all Sophos products and services
